IGBT/FWD Power Loss Simulation Ver.4.1

Using (downloading) the software

IGBT/FWD power loss simulation software version 4 is an improved version for calculating IGBT losses and temperatures for variable load pattern. The accuracy of the loss calculation is improved and useful functions for application design with Fuji IGBT modules are added. This software should be run on Windows 2000 or more.
Main additional features (Ver.3 => Ver.4.1)

1. Improved the accuracy of the loss calculation
2. Rg(on) and Rg(off) are settable individually
3. Added case temperature (Tc) and heat sink temperature (Tf) calculation
4. Added DC-lock calculation
5. Added load cycle calculation in variable load pattern

ChangeLog :
     Ver. 4.1  Fixed a problem where the horizontal time axis of load cycle graph
     was incorrect when the total duration time is more than 10 s.

This software is valid for 180 days in order to use latest version.
Please re-download the software again after the period has expired.

This version also has the same function as older versions. Calculation results can differ slightly between this version and older versions because the approximation functions of device characteristics are changed in order to improve the accuracy of the loss calculation.
